The clever construction solution of the READY 95 home means that you will be able to erect it within a relatively short time. The use of a combination of ecological wooden materials and blown-in wood-fibre insulation means that the assembled house attains the energy savings required for passive houses.

As a design and implementation team, we will provide you with the most suitable solution, i.e. the ideal design of a building from our modular parts:

Feasibility study

  • with the help of calculations and the preparation of production documents, we determine the ideal conditions for the realization of your house

Tepel study

  • we simulate the thermal behavior of your future house

Structural production

  • all structural wood and insulation materials are pre-cut and supplied with complete fittings and components for assembly

  • they are marked according to the manual for delivery to your construction site

  • during self-help construction, we will provide you with expert construction supervision and a construction manual

Hardware

  • we will help you with proposals for heating, recuperation, house services or a smart home

Finishing materials

  • we will help you choose or supply suitable facade and interior panels or cladding from our offer, which are used for passive and low-energy houses

Ideal insulation

The basic principle of the entire building is a simple, fully insulated sandwich layer with a thickness of approx. 300 mm, which is filled with wood fiber insulation with a high lambda density coefficient throughout the thickness of the walls, floors and ceilings.

The partitions of the individual perimeter walls of the house are made of statically fixed BSH or I-beams. Inside, they are sheathed with OSB boards. The external perimeter walls of the house are closed with waterproof MFP structural boards of class P5.

The Ready House concept consists in the use of an insulated homogeneous object, such as building bricks, but the fillings are solved with ecological blown wood fiber insulation Steico Zell.

Wood fiber blown insulation

Wood fiber insulation   is used  in a new form – as a loose insulation applied by blowing similar to cellulose.

Wood fiber has up to 3 times higher ability to accumulate heat orto common insulating materials. The time phase shift of heat transfer is 12-16 hours. We applied wood fiber insulation it has the lowest thermal conductivity of all natural insulating materials λD= 0.036.

Blown wood fiber insulation consists of clean, loose wood fibers filling all hollow spaces without joints. Under high pressure, it is driven into closed parts of the wall, where it adapts exactly to the structural elements. The structure of the insulator is very fine and excellently eliminates the formation of thermal bridges.

Thanks to a bulk density of approx. 60 kg/m³ and an excellent value of c = 2,100 J/kg, it also has a particularly high ability to accumulate heat. This combination protects your rooms from overheating in the summer, and you can enjoy a restful sleep in cool rooms even on the hottest days.

The advantages of this modern solution:

  • High insulation effect of the house in winter and summer

  • Hygrometric comfort and excellent acoustic insulation

  • Lambda λ = 0.036 W / (m.k)

  • Density: 40-60 kg/m3

Outer shell

The outer shell is closed with a UV/water-resistant facade  foil and wooden grid for facade cladding, for example Cetris, or VIROC panels or natural cladding from Finnish Theromowood.

Window and door panels

The recommended windows and doors for passive houses are triple-glazed with the appropriate Uw and Ud heat transmission coefficients.

Optimised construction

The rough construction can be based on metal piles embedded in concrete in the footings, or on concrete belts, or an all-concrete base plate can also be used. The interior of the Ready House wooden building is closed again with either a 100% waterproof class P5 board (green) or an OSB board with a thickness of 12 mm. A big advantage is that the electrical installation and plumbing are carried out in the front walls and it is not necessary to intervene in the insulated shell of the building to drill penetrations as in brick buildings. The final interior appearance is closed with SDK boards or wooden decorative boards.

Merge with nature

In the case of a counter roof, most structures prepared in this way can be covered with an EPDM roof membrane and weighted with stone granulate (cobblestone), or covered with a green grass carpet.

Depending on the readiness of the foundations and the size of the project, the construction period can be realized within 30 days from the delivery of the necessary cut material.

It goes up quickly!

Take a look at a short time-lapse video to see how quickly our sample house, which is located near Pilsen, was erected. The original graphite insulating block technology was used in this case, but it has since been fully replaced with wood-fibre insulation.
