Build your own house!

You can build a Ready House yourself or we can erect it for you. We will, of course, provide you with a detailed manual, if you decide to build it yourself. It is like putting together a slightly more complicated cabinet from a Scandinavian furniture store. Except that it is not brought to you by a courier, but by two trucks :-)

If you have a group of craftsmen handy that you can call, it will certainly not be a problem for you to build your own house. There’s nothing to it. Just follow the manual, take a few days off and your house will be done. Take a look at our instructive video:

And you can take a look here to see how our sample house located near Pilsen was erected.

Please contact us, if you are interested in viewing the finished sample house.

1.

The preparation of the project

What you need to do:

  • find a property

  • set the approximate budget

  • contact us for the further elaboration of the project

What we will do:

  • we will be happy that you have decided to use our product

  • we will discuss your ideas with you in detail

2.

the realisation of the project

What you need to do:

  • present your chosen property to us

  • tell us your detailed ideas with regard to your dwelling

What we will do:

  • we will jointly create a feasibility project for your new dwelling*

we will finalise any supplementary requirements

  • we will finalise the general offer, including the earthworks, masonry work, the assembly of the Ready House, the electric wiring and the installation work

* this does not involve the project for the building permit, but it does contain the basic technical information about your new home, its dimensions, the visualisation, the windows, the calculations and the final price offer for ordering your home). The feasibility project is paid for prior to the order of the house, because it already contains the static calculations of the wooden load-bearing structures and will be of assistance to you for the final project that you have to submit to the Building Authority.
