4 STEPS TO HAVING YOUR OWN HOME:

1. PROJECT PREPARATION

If you already have your land, there is nothing to worry about. If not, quickly find a nice one, buy it and consider how much you want to invest in your new home. You can choose from several variants with us, it depends only on you which version of the Ready House you choose. Well, then contact us so that we can specify the entire project together.

2. THE COMPILATION OF THE PROJECT

Together, we will bring the project to the final stage, set the final budget, and you can calmly start the bureaucratic process of handling all possible documents and permits.

3. THE PREPARATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

READY HOUSE wooden construction is built from pre-prepared constructions of LVL structural boards, OSB, and steico profiles. The foundation that awaits you, and which you must prepare in advance, is a base plate or concrete belts from lost formwork. In some cases, it is also possible to build on earth screws, but here it is necessary to carry out a static calculation of the bearing capacity for one earth screw and a survey of the subsoil.

4. CONSTRUCTION

You must build your own DIY construction according to the supplied construction manual (you will only get it after a binding order, as it contains certified know-how with exact details of correct construction). If you have no experience and knowledge of similar buildings, we recommend that you arrange a construction supervision or order a construction consultant directly from our representative.
